Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Isle of Mull for a Bar Staff member. The responsibilities include serving food and beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the bar area. Additional tasks include restocking supplies and contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Training may also be part of the role to ensure a high standard of service.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to create a positive experience and build rapport with guests.
Experience in Food & Beverage service, with knowledge of bar operations preferred.
Proficiency in accurate transaction processing.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Prior experience in hospitality or bar work is advantageous but not required.
