Weekly pay: Paid every week - no delays. What You'll Need: Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly ASC, SEMH, or complex learning needs, is preferred but not essential. A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach. The ability to work 1:1 or in small groups to support learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation. Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous but not essential. Early Career Teachers / Newly Qualified Teachers are welcome to apply. Your Responsibilities May Include: Supporting pupils with SEN in class or in small group interventions. Assisting pupils with tasks according to their EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans).
