We are on the lookout for an experienced Chef de Partie, or a junior chef looking to take a step further in their career. We are a small, hardworking team looking to expand our brigade. We serve food of a high standard and we are always looking to grow and extend our menu. We use fresh meat sourced directly from the farm, and butcher the meat in house, which provides a rare opportunity to learn a new skill. We only use fresh produce and create everything ourselves, using modern and old techniques.
