ASW - Adults Social Worker/Care Manager (Band 3)
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Caretaker - Non Resident (L2Z1) to join our team. Responsibilities
* Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and resolve any maintenance issues.
* Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
* Ensure that common areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
* Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
* Respond promptly to requests and concerns from staff and users regarding facility-related issues.
* Prepare and implement a schedule for routine maintenance tasks and projects.
* Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for more complex repairs and maintenance needs.
Requirements
* Proven experience in caretaking, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
* Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry is essential.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Good communication skills to address concerns from various stakeholders.
* Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £23.86
