Office Administrator / Customer Service
Craven & Co Ltd is a Yorkshire manufacturer that has been in business for over 65 years. We are a leader in our community and are looking to add an Office Administrator to our team. Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer skills.
* Ability to multi-task and work independently with little supervision.
* Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.
* Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
* Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
* Answer phones and deal with customer enquiries
* Process customer sales orders & quotes in a timely fashion
* Support the Accounts team with general finance tasks
* General filing and administration
* Stock control & order processing for eCommerce sales

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year

* GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

* Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
