The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic individual to support our Sales and Marketing team with administrative tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
* Assist in achieving sales targets through administrative support.
* Maintain organized documents, reports, and trackers.
* Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and audits.
* Manage weekly partner invoicing and monthly budget analyses.
* Handle bespoke terms and conditions requests professionally.
* Communicate effectively through written correspondence.
* Support the hotel RFP process to ensure smooth operations.
* Load and manage preferential rates accurately.
* Assist senior leaders with diary management and meetings.
* Keep records secure and up-to-date on shared drives.
* Log and organize data meticulously.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience supporting sales and marketing teams.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
