Our Sales Enablement team plays a vital role in driving commercial success, supporting both Sales and eCommerce functions with tools, resources, and insights that make a real impact. We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and driven Sales Enablement Executive to help improve processes, create impactful materials, and support initiatives that enhance performance and customer engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing
13. Support the development of sales and eCommerce tools, resources, and content that enhance performance and customer engagement.
14. Work closely with Sales, eCommerce, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth project delivery.
15. Assist in coordinating key campaigns, internal activities, and digital initiatives to support online growth and sales enablement.
16. Help organise and deliver internal training sessions, sales activity days, and engagement events.
17. Analyse eCommerce and sales performance data to uncover trends and opportunities.
18. Contribute to internal communications and presentations that highlight new initiatives and success stories.
19. Take part in team meetings and enablement sessions, capturing insights and suggesting creative ideas.
What You’ll Bring

20. Currently studying a degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Communications, or a related field.
21. A self-starter who takes initiative, brings fresh ideas, and enjoys solving problems.
22. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
23. Curious and eager to learn about how sales enablement supports business growth.
24. Creative, organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
25. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data tools is an advantage.
26. Positive, energetic attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn, contribute, and make an impact.
