* Client Service: Build relationships with clients across multiple key projects, identify opportunities for account expansion, and ensure client satisfaction.

* Project Management: Oversee projects to ensure timely completion, stay within budget, and align with strategy.

* Financial Control: Develop budgets and monitor project profitability.

* Quality Control: Maintain internal processes and standards.

* Leadership: Lead direct reports through Performance Development Plans, annual appraisals, and training.

* Growth: Lead pitch processes and collaborate with the senior team to identify and maximize new opportunities.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in medical communications or related roles.

* Minimum 2 years of Account Management experience or similar.

* Experience in at least 2 therapy areas and markets.

* Proficiency in financial management and planning.

* Pitch and presentation experience.
">
* Microsoft Office and Veeva PromoMats proficiency.

* Understanding of industry regulations.

* Direct line management experience and staff development.
