The Role: As an Account Manager within our Long Term Care team, you will own and cultivate relationships with strategically important delivery organisations operating within the LTC landscape. You will sit at the heart of these partnerships, aligning partner ambitions with Ascom’s market-leading solutions to deliver shared success. By combining commercial acumen with deep relationship-building capability, you will translate complex customer needs into compelling, value-based propositions. Purpose: · Serve as the primary strategic interface between Ascom and its key delivery collaborators · Develop a deep understanding of partner business models, priorities, and growth ambitions · Shape and execute tailored account strategies that accelerate mutual value creation · Proactively identify opportunities to expand solution adoption across Ascom’s software and hardware portfolio · Elevate Ascom’s position as a long-term, trusted partner within the LTC sector Your influence will extend beyond revenue generation; strengthening relationships, enabling better outcomes for care providers, and reinforcing Ascom’s reputation as a strategic leader in digital care delivery. Key Responsibilities: Partnership · Develop and execute robust account strategies aligned to both partner objectives and Ascom’s broader commercial goals · Take full ownership of strategic account planning, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver against agreed priorities Growth & Value Creation · Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Ascom’s solutions through insight-led, value-based propositions · Engage partners in forward-looking conversations around system upgrades, integration, and future capability requirements Commercial Performance · Achieve or exceed assigned revenue and growth targets while maintaining a strong focus on long-term partnership value · Build and maintain a healthy, balanced sales pipeline through proactive portfolio development and lead qualification Insight, Forecasting & Governance · Utilise CRM tools to manage pipeline activity, forecast opportunities accurately, and ensure disciplined reporting · Share market intelligence and partner insight with the wider business to inform strategic decision-making Relationship & Stakeholder Management · Build trusted, senior-level relationships through structured account reviews, clear communication, and consistent delivery · Act as the voice of the partner internally, ensuring seamless collaboration across sales, delivery, and project teams Business Development & Bidding · Proactively identify new partnership opportunities within the LTC · Lead or contribute to the development of proposals and bid responses where appropriate
