Logistics Coordinator
£30k - £36k DOE

Our well-established client working within the manufacturing industry are looking to onboard an ambitious and energetic Logistics Coordinator to join their already flourishing team!

Responsibilities:
* Planning various loads for delivery across the country
* Negotiating rates for delivery with third party suppliers
* Preparing and processing delivery documentation
* Supervising the company driver to ensure deliveries are made in the quickest and most cost effective manner
* Monitoring the status of deliveries and updating customers where necessary
* Producing reports on monthly transport spend
* Adhoc admin duties where necessary
* Addressing any unforeseen issues, such as delays or damaged goods, to ensure minimal impact on delivery
Requirements:
* Previous experience within a similar role
* Excellent attention to detail
* Results driven and energetic
* Flexible and reliable with a good attitude
* Good time management
* Advantageous coming from a manufacturing or engineering background
