We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic team based in Newcastle. This role focuses on reviewing and refining Synthetic User Monitoring capabilities for Microsoft 365 products using Martello.
Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for enhancing monitoring capabilities, engaging with stakeholders and delivering improvements through data-driven insights. You will play a key role in defining requirements and driving business process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and refine Synthetic User Monitoring for M365 products (Martello)
* Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and define technical and business requirements
* Apply business improvement methodologies to optimize processes
* Deliver solutions with a strong focus on data and analytics
* Ensure effective stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills and Experience:
Technical Expertise:
* Extensive knowledge and experience with the Microsoft 365 product suite and integrating other applications.
* ITSM tool experience preferred
Professional Experience:
1. Familiarity with GDS (Government Digital Service) frameworks
