We provide comprehensive product and service training, alongside robust B2B sales programs and incentives, to foster stronger relationships and drive sales. We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Community & Client Engagement Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about building online communities, creating engaging content, and nurturing strong client relationships within the travel industry. Key Responsibilities: Platform Community Management: Actively engage with users on the Hablo platform on behalf of the company to foster a vibrant and interactive community, driving user engagement and participation. Content Creation: Develop compelling and informative content for the Hablo platform, as well as for key clients, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives. Client Oversight: Manage relationships with a designated portfolio of clients, as identified by management. You'll ensure these clients are actively creating content on the platform, address their needs, gather feedback, and ensure their success with Hablo. Secondary Responsibilities Daily Quiz Management Support: Assist the Sales and Marketing Executive with management of our daily quiz for Travel Agents as needed. Event Management Support: Provide support to the Sales and Marketing Executive for various event management tasks as required. Event Representation: Attend trade events and Hablo's own agent Unplugged events as required, representing the company professionally and engaging with industry professionals. Who You Are: You're a natural communicator with a knack for building rapport both online and offline. You're organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Ideally, you'll have experience in community management, content creation, copy writing and/ or client relations, preferably within the travel industry.
