Our gent is a vibrant soul in his early 30s who lives at home with his loving family and cheerful dog, surrounded by warmth and familiarity. Living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), he uses a wheelchair and starts each day with a calm moment of meditation. He treasures family time and is always up for a laugh-his sense of humour brings joy into every room.
He's looking for a support worker who isn't just there to assist, but someone who truly sees him, shares in meaningful moments, and brings kindness, patience, and a bit of fun into his mornings. If you're someone who values connection and wants to make a positive difference at the start of someone's day, this could be a wonderful match.
What we need from you: Your Role, Your Impact
This position is not just about tasks - it's about showing up with kindness and respect. You'll work alongside another team member to assist with:
* Personal care
* Moving and handling
* Administering medication
* Don't worry if you haven't done this before - you'll be given all the training and support you need to feel confident and capable.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is:

* Hours, we are offering a 36 hour per week contract
