Requirements
Must have:
- Strong core Java technical skills - Advocate of test-driven development - Experienced in delivery automation - Experience with K8s, Docker, Kafka, and DataStream technologies - Proficient in SQL and message-driven solutions - Familiar with agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum - Experience using Jira - Critical thinker with problem-solving skills - Experience working in a global diverse development team - Ability to assist others through pair programming and knowledge sharing - Can-do attitude with strong collaboration skills - Experience partnering with business, operations, developers, architects, and infrastructure teams - Knowledge of different financial products, particularly in CIB/Equities would be highly desirable
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the full development lifecycle of a project from design to release in production and post-release supportability - Design solutions that align technology roadmaps to business strategy - Conduct high-quality functional design, system, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) - Work closely with Production Management to deliver a stable and reliable platform under necessary controls - Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to investigate issues and drive discussions for solutions - Aid in enhancing the development practices of the team through knowledge sharing and support - Partner with business and technical teams to shape the future platform
