The Role:Magnus Searchis seeking a high-caliber Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth across the Spalding and South Lincolnshire region. This is a pivotal role requiring a blend of strategic prospecting and expert relationship management.
Key Responsibilities & Reporting:
* Direct Reporting:You will report directly to theOperations Managerand theOperations Director.
* Lead Generation:Identifying and securing new B2B opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
* Strategy:Implementing territory-specific growth plans to maximise market share.
Requirements:
* Driving License:A full UK Driving License ismandatoryfor this role.
* Proven success in business development or field sales.
