Main duties of the job
Provide expert, specialist and in‑depth business and financial management information and advice to the Divisions. Lead the reporting of Divisional productivity, income, expenditure and other KPIs in line with required timescales for the achievement of financial and operational plans.

Person Specification
Education, Experience and Skills
* CCAB Qualification and post‑qualification CPD
* Experience in a Financial Management team
* Up to date knowledge of application of accounting standards (inc. IFRS)
* GCSE Maths and English passes (or equivalent)
* Experience in a large and complex public sector organisation
* Experience of driving productivity within a multi‑disciplinary team
* Knowledge and understanding of current NHS financial regime
* Experience delivering plans and developing forecasts as part of a team
* Line management experience, and skills in developing others
* Highly developed presentational, influencing and negotiation skills
* Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (some complex formulae/function examples)
* Highly developed analytical and interpretation skills, including concise and clear summary
