You will communicate with colleagues and customers to ensure requirements and expectations are clearly defined.
These requirements will then need to be translated into accurate and concise work instructions for our operational teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning activities for operational teams using various systems.
* Monitoring work output from start to finish, ensuring progress is recorded and communicated regularly.
* Serving as the first point of contact for operational colleagues to help resolve issues.
* Processing, raising, and closing traffic management, footway, road closures, notices, and permit requests.

Relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment, assessing situations quickly and making decisions.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with enjoyment in dealing with diverse people.
Computer literacy and a customer-oriented approach are essential.
