You’ll balance creativity with commerciality, ensuring products are not only exciting and on-trend but also commercially successful. From spotting the next big trend and shaping menu concepts, to managing margins and driving profitability, you’ll have a direct impact on the future of the business.

* Strong understanding of how consumer behaviour influences food choices and purchasing decisions
* Commercially astute with solid P&L management experience
* Experience or strong awareness of product development and innovation
* Confident communicator, able to influence both internal teams and external partners
* Naturally curious, with the ability to spot trends before they hit the mainstream
* Someone who gets excited about food — from concept through to customer experience
Responsibilities
* Identify emerging food trends, shifting customer behaviours, and market opportunities
* Source and develop exciting new products, menu items, and add-on ranges
* Lead menu planning and product development from concept through to launch
* Stay ahead of trends through market research, competitor insight, and continuous exploration
* Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring a high-quality product and customer experience
* Review P&L performance, manage cost of goods, and monitor ROI
* Develop pricing strategies and promotional activity to drive engagement and revenue
* Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution across the business
* Present commercial insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders
