In the role of Key Account Manager you will be working closely with architects, developers, and contractors. Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to develop and manage relationships with their clients which include Tier 1 main contractors, national developers, and leading consultancies. This role is for an experienced Key Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years Key Account Management experience in the Construction sector. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who excels at building trust, uncovering opportunities, and delivering measurable value. Responsibilities of the role of the Key Account Manager * Manage and grow key accounts across the UK. * Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional levels of service. * Identify opportunities for expanding services across multiple divisions or project teams within client organisations. * Lead client meetings and commercial discussions. * Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and communication. * Monitor project pipelines and upcoming frameworks or tenders. * Track performance and revenue against KPIs and targets. * Report regularly to the senior leadership team on client activity and growth opportunities. * Support pre-sales activity, including proposal development and pricing strategies. * Actively contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of our sales and account management processes.
