HRIS Programme Lead (SAP SuccessFactors)

The Opportunity
We are a leading SAP SuccessFactors Gold Implementation Partner, delivering HR transformation to SME clients through a niche, highly experienced team.
Were looking for an HRIS Programme Lead to take ownership of our delivery portfolio. This role is ideal for someone early in their Programme Management careera strong HR Project Manager or emerging Programme Manager ready to step up.
Youll report directly to the COO, lead experienced Delivery Managers, and still stay hands-on with delivery.
What Youll Do
* Lead a portfolio of HRIS implementation projects
* Manage and develop a team of Delivery Managers
* Own programme governance, reporting, and performance (KPIs, commercials, utilisation)
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
* Act as senior escalation points for clients and internal teams
* Engage in client steering committees and senior stakeholder management
* Ensure quality, risk management, and successful delivery outcomes
* Stay hands-on, leading selected projects where needed
* Deliver weekly SLT reporting (Teamwork)
What Were Looking For
Several years experience in HR Project Management
Experience at Programme Manager level (or ready to step up)
Background in HRIS / HR systems or HR environments
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery
Strong commercial awareness
SAP SuccessFactors experience is a bonus, not essential
Must be fluent in English and able to work UK core hours
