Description The Role - A Day in the Life of an Business Advisor You will provide flexible and practical Self-Employment Assistance to eligible participants, including the provision of business coaching, advice and mentoring services. Your Key Responsibilities will include; Provide business mentoring and coaching services to new and established businesses under the Self-Employment program adhering to contractual requirements Promote the service and engage with potential participants to meet set KPI’s in the selected Region Manage a caseload of Self-Employment businesses to coach Complete all required data entries into Workforce Australia Online and ETC Trackers, within KPI/guidelines and timeframes Skills And Experiences Criteria for Success Relevant business qualification Demonstrated experience in managing a small business Experience in providing advisory, facilitation and/or mentoring support to small businesses, including demonstrated ability to analyse and provide recommendations on a broad range of business issues Ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships A current, clear National Police Check A current QLD Blue Card Why work for ETC We pride ourselves on offering a positive work culture and environment for employees to achieve their best.
