As the successful Private Client Fee Earner, you will be involved in a variety of private client matters and will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of this firm.<br></span></p></div><div><h2>\t</h2><ul><li>Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including but not limited to Wills, probate applications, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trust administration and inheritance tax planning</li></ul></div><div><h2>\t</h2><ul><li>Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a high level of client care and satisfaction</li></ul></div><div><h2>\t</h2><ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, complying with the firms policies and procedures</li></ul></div><div><h2>\t</h2><ul><li>Attend client meetings, court hearings and other appointments as required</li></ul></div><div><h2>\t</h2><ul><li>Collaborate with colleagues across various offices to share knowledge and expertise</li></ul></div><div><h2>\t</h2><ul><li>Private Client Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years PQE in private client law</li></ul></div><div><h2>\t</h2><ul><li>Extensive experience in all aspects of private client work, demonstrating a broad skill set</li></ul></div><div><h2>\t</h2><ul><li>Strong client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul></div><div><h2>\t</h2><ul><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the firm</li></ul></div><div><h2>\t</h2><ul><li>High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills</li></ul></div><div><h2>\t</h2><ul><li>Ambitious and proactive with a commitment to continuous professional development</li></ul></div>
