Are you a qualified Electrician with a sharp eye for safety and detail? We’re looking for a skilled and dependable professional to join our team at Torness Power Station, one of the UK’s most vital energy facilities. This is your chance to contribute to the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of a nationally important site — while advancing your career with a recognised industry leader.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Installing, maintaining, and repairing fixed electrical systems across the site
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and inspections
* Diagnosing and resolving faults quickly and safely
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical schematics
* Working in strict accordance with site safety rules and national regulations
* Supporting project works, upgrades, and modifications as required
What You’ll Bring
* 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (Essential)
* City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent Test & Inspection certification (Preferred)
* Proven experience in industrial, commercial, or large-scale facilities environments
* Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety and electrical compliance standards
* Excellent fault-finding, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
