We are looking for a PMO Lead to join our Team.
This role does require someone to be in the office 3 days a week
Responsibilities of the PMO Lead include
Own and manage the Cornerstone Project governance process across all internal projects.
Lead Project Managers and Business Owners from idea to delivery.
Review and refine governance processes to boost efficiency and consistency.
Partner with the PMO Manager to track delivery status and manage the Change Plan.
Define and maintain best practices, templates, and audit processes.
Oversee project reporting and conduct monthly reviews with stakeholders.
Lead internal PMO initiatives from scoping to execution.
Govern IT work submissions across platforms like Agresso, Remedy, SharePoint, and more.
Champion compliance in health & safety, business continuity, and information security.
Prepare and present reports for management and business review meetings.
The successful PMO Lead will have:
Proven experience in PMO leadership and project governance.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
