Job Description:
This role involves helping to run a multi-million-pound store while motivating and developing a diverse and talented team.
Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager with tasks such as managing deliveries, placing orders, and handling customer queries. You will also focus on people management, performance, organizing holiday rotas, and achieving store goals like maximising sales, ensuring excellent customer service, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency. You should be ready to step into the Store Manager's shoes when needed.

Candidate Requirements:
* Experienced people manager
* Proven leadership in fast-paced, stakeholder/customer-driven environments
* Strong time management and operational efficiency skills
* Motivated to achieve targets consistently
