Care Assistant - Park Hall, Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: 26.25 per week
Shift Patterns: 7:30am - 2:30pm (Earlys) and 2:30pm -10:00pm (Lates)
Rota: 3 on, 3 off - one week early shifts, one week late shifts

Job Purpose
As a Care Assistant, you will bring compassion, energy and positivity to our residents every day. Your role will include providing dignified personal care, assisting residents during mealtimes, and offering sensitive support with various aspects of daily life. Just as importantly, you’ll be there as a kind listener and a friendly face.
No two days are the same in this role. Our residents all have unique personalities, care needs and life stories, and you’ll build meaningful relationships based on understanding, trust and genuine care. It’s a role that is not only rewarding but truly enjoyable.

Park Hall in Stoke-on-Trent is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 60 residents. At Anchor, we pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.
