Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Rainham, Essex
Salary:£83.85 - 100 Per Day

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support: Provide 1:1 assistance to students with SEN in the classroom.
2. Assist: Help teachers implement tailored education plans that meet each student’s unique needs.
3. Engage: Supervise and support students during class activities, ensuring they understand their tasks and instructions.
4. Manage: Use positivity and effective behaviour management strategies to de-escalate challenging behaviour.
5. Communicate: Build strong relationships with teachers, parents, and other professionals while keeping detailed records of each student’s progress.
6. Nurture: Create an inclusive, supportive learning environment that helps students feel comfortable and engaged in school life.

Requirements:
1. Right to work in the UK
2. Valid DBS check or willingness to apply for one
3. Experience working with students with special educational needs
