Senior Healthcare Assistant – Night Shifts | £13.04 per Hour | Dementia Care | Monday-Tuesday-Friday Set Shifts

* Hours: Full-time (3 shifts per week, Monday, Tuesday and Friday Night)

What You’ll Need

* Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a care assistant in a residential or nursing home
* Understanding of person-centred care planning principles
* Awareness of safeguarding, abuse prevention, and recognising signs of abuse
* Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability
* Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care



What You’ll Do

* Deliver high-quality care and support in line with individual care plans
* Supervise and guide a team of care assistants to maintain best practices
* Recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns, following correct procedures
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the wider care team
* Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing
