Position Overview Ithaca Energy is acce pting applications for the position of Digital Technology Partner - Maintenance and SCM (DTP-SCM), located in our Aberdeen Office. Reporting to the Lead Digital Technology Partner - Corporate, the Digital Technology Partner - Maintenance and SCM (DTP-SCM) serves as a strategic business partner, responsible for driving process improvements through data and technology for the Supply Chain and Maintenance functions. This role ensures alignment with business strategies while identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and innovation to drive superior business outcomes. The DTP-SCM will work closely with Maintenance and Supply Chain leaders to define programs, develop business cases, and oversee the delivery of solutions leveraging SAP SCM, MM, and PM modules alongside Maximo and other key digital technologies. The role also ensures effective change management and value optimization through the adoption of these solutions. Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Develop strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels to build trust and rapport. Partner with Operations, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams teams to co-create a high-value portfolio of business process improvements, aligned with business goals. Act as a trusted advisor to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and simplification using SAP and other technologies. Collaborate with key stakeholders to evaluate and build the value case for migration to SAP S/4, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term strategic goals. Program Development & Delivery: Define and drive the technology plan for Supply Chain and Maintenance functions, integrating these into the broader IT & Digital strategy. Partner with enterprise architecture and IT operations to develop sustainable support models and multi-year business capability roadmaps. Collaborate with process experts and technical teams to design innovative solutions that deliver automation and streamlined processes within SAP, Maximo and other relevant technologies. Solution Implementation: Ensure quality, budget-compliant, and timely delivery of solutions by working with internal and external IT experts. Oversee the implementation of SAP ECC and Maximo solutions, leveraging Fiori and/or Neptune UX technologies for enhanced user experience. Align solutions with overall IT & Digital architecture to ensure a simplified and optimized IT environment. Performance & Value Optimization: Ensure business value realization by managing expectations, building business cases, and tracking financial benefits from delivered solutions. Identify and implement automated, real-time data reporting solutions to enable quicker, data-driven decision-making. Drive maximum value from existing IT agreements and partnerships. Escalation & Support: Act as a point of escalation for Supply Chain and Maintenance teams regarding incidents and service requests. Maintain and enhance the IT systems landscape for these functions, ensuring reliability and modernization. Qualifications & Experience Extensive knowledge of business processes, data and IT systems utilised within an industrial and corporate environment. Knowledgeable with regards to the technical, commercial and risk factors of cloud, mobility, IoT and other digital technologies. Demonstrable success of effectively managing multi-year programmes of work. Proven track record in negotiation, communication, and engagement up to CxO level. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness. Proven track record in business analysis/project management with capability of leading organisational change management in a similar role. Significant exposure of working with and delivering solutions for ERP Systems such as SAP, Sun Systems, Maximo, Oracle eBusiness or MS Dynamics. Demonstrable capability working with Data and BI solutions to deliver data driven insights and transformative change. Demonstrable evidence of running successful improvement programs which leverage the latest technologies including change management aspects.
