About the Role
Were looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join our finance team and take ownership of our credit control processes. In this role, youll be responsible for managing customer accounts, chasing overdue payments, and maintaining accurate records within our finance systems.
Youll play an important part in keeping cash flow healthy, working closely with both our accounts and operations teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage credit control within the accounts team
2. Keep track of customer accounts to identify outstanding debts
3. Proactively contact customers via phone and email to encourage timely payment
4. Handle customer queries and liaise with the operations team to resolve invoicing issues
