About the Role
We are seeking SEN / SEND Tutors for young people with SEND, SEMH, and other additional educational needs in Cambridgeshire. Multiple positions are available, and hiring is ongoing to meet diverse needs.
Our mission is to improve education quality for young people with SEN/SEND, SEMH, MLD, and SLD. We support children referred by local authorities and schools, providing flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring to enhance their engagement and educational outcomes.

Role Responsibilities
* Providing tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other needs
* Supporting students' educational and social-emotional development through holistic, trauma-informed approaches
* Preparing and delivering engaging, needs-based sessions
* Completing reports and providing feedback on progress
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
* Minimum 2 years teaching experience
* Experience working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or similar needs
* Knowledge of safeguarding policies
* Enhanced DBS (assistance available if needed)
* Two professional references
* Right to work in the UK
Employment Details
* Engagement as a Worker on short-term contracts
* Paid via PAYE
* No set hours or expenses covered, insurance provided
* Not a self-employed position
