We're looking for an ambitious and creative Events and Club Team Manager to join us at Bayards Court Care Home : and help shape a completely new approach to resident experience.
This isn't a traditional activities role, its an opportunity to build something innovative from the ground up: a modern clubs and events programme designed around lifestyle, wellbeing, connection and community : helping shape the future of later living for generations to come.
As Events and Club Team Manager, you'll design and deliver a vibrant year:round calendar of experiences that elevate everyday life. From wellness and fitness classes to arts, creative workshops, cultural events and social gatherings, you'll create a programme that feels thoughtful, aspirational and genuinely enriching.
This role is about transforming how experiences are delivered : bringing a hospitality led approach to later living, where every event, club and experience feels polished, engaging and professionally delivered.
You'll lead and inspire a dedicated team, encouraging creativity, innovation and high standards while ensuring every experience is inclusive and welcoming.

Plan and deliver a year:round schedule of inclusive events

Lead and develop the team to deliver engaging, high:quality experiences
:
Evaluate events and adapt to meet resident and stakeholder needs
:
Build community links and promote events for maximum participation
:
Manage relationships with residents, families and stakeholders; resolve issues promptly
:
Ensure safe working practices, including risk assessments and hazard reporting
:
Maintain accurate records and data for events

Experience working with relevant client groups or in the care sector

Supervisory or managerial experience in care or a related sector

Proven ability to manage schedules, events, costs and teams
