Greenways is our residential home, just two minutes away from the centre of Highcliffe. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Weekend Support Worker to join us on a part-time basis working 22 hours per week.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Full UK driving license. Access to your own vehicle is not essential.
The role:
At Greenways, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to support four friendly and energetic gentlemen. Many of our residents have shared their lives from school through adulthood — a truly special journey that you’ll be proud to be part of.
Our home is vibrant and engaging, filled with energy and activity. Residents enjoy activities like bowling, swimming, forest picnics, cycling, and horse riding. Recently, we had a fun night out at a nightclub in Southampton!
Your role will involve providing meaningful support, such as helping with daily routines like food preparation, shopping, personal care, and accompanying residents in the community. You may also assist with administering medication to ensure their wellbeing.
Hours of work:
22 hours per week
Week 1:
Saturday - 8am – 4pm
Sunday – 3pm – 10pm
Week 2:
Friday - 8am – 3pm
Saturday – 8am – 10pm
Sunday - 8am – 3pm
