Financial Services Administrator - The Role
To provide day-to-day administration support to the Operations team in order to provide clients with excellent client service, including but not limited to:
1. Prepare and package financial planning reports for the Financial Planners and their clients
2. Preparation of transactional client letters, such as letters of authority, change of address and client disengagement letters
3. Liaise with product providers to obtain fees and charges on specific products
4. Obtain and assist with the completion of application/instruction forms and fact finds
5. Obtain policy information, documents, fact-sheets, illustrations, and product comparison quotes through appropriate sources
6. Uploading plan statements and other documents to client records following agreed naming conventions
7. Maintain accurate client information and record client interaction on the back-office system
