About the Role
As a Lifeguard, your primary responsibility will be to:
* Ensure the safety of our guests in the pool and on the flumes.
* Provide outstanding customer service while interacting with guests.
* Promote and run engaging poolside activities that create memorable experiences.
We offer flexible working hours, with a minimum of 24 hours up to full-time (35 hours). Shifts typically run from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, with occasional shifts extending until 9 PM. For those over 18 relocating for a full-time position, live-in accommodation may be available.
To be considered for this role, a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential.
About You
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who:
* Have a natural ability to engage and relate to a diverse range of people.
* Are strong swimmers with excellent attention to detail, especially during busy times.
* Possess a previous lifeguard qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
You will be part of a fantastic team, but there will be times when you’ll supervise areas independently. Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are key to being a successful team member.
