* Proven experience in contract management, compliance, or partnership management
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with experience in securing and finalising agreements.
* Experience within the social housing, supported housing, or property management sectors.
* Knowledge of housing law, safeguarding requirements, and social housing regulatory standards.
