Field Sales Operations Manager - National

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Operations Manager at a national level. The role focuses on managing a field team, driving sales, ensuring continuous improvement in field standards, and maintaining compliance with company procedures.
This multifaceted role requires the individual to liaise with, report to, and support the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve store excellence and high customer service standards.
2. Ensure compliance and best practices are adhered to at all times.
3. Audit the field team regularly.
4. Conduct field visits as per company expectations.
5. Provide constructive feedback, challenge poor practices, and report performance issues to Commercial Business Managers.
6. Support coaching, training, and onboarding of new team members.
7. Build strong relationships with the field team and customers.
8. Drive sales performance of the field teams.
9. Manage time effectively to meet all responsibilities.
10. Complete and submit reports accurately and timely.
Key Requirements:
* Strong personal integrity with sound judgment and influencing skills.
* Willingness to travel nationally, approximately 4 days a week in the field.
* Proven experience managing field sales teams.
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to develop relationships with team and stakeholders.
* Self-starter with good time management skills.
* Team player capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
* Robust, determined, and willing to go the extra mile.
* Ability to resolve conflicts confidently and handle difficult situations.
* Excellent personal presentation skills.
* Fluent in English; bilingual skills are advantageous.
* Education up to GCSE level or equivalent.
* Experience or knowledge of visiting retail outlets with a field sales team preferred.
* Proficient in IT systems including Word, Excel, and Email.
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
Remuneration & Benefits:
* Competitive annual salary with an end-of-year bonus.
* OTE £50,000 to £55,000 per annum.
