The role:
Were looking for someone who is passionate about great food, safe operations, and creating a consistent experience for customers and store teams. In this role, youll support our company-owned and franchise stores across Scotland and the North of England, helping them deliver food that is safe, high-quality, and aligned with our brand standards.
Youll be part of a team focused on delivering excellent food service and food retail operations. Your work will help stores balance food safety, strong standards, and commercial performance while the business continues to grow. This is a hands-on role where youll spend most of your time in stores, coaching teams, supporting change, and making sure our food operations run smoothly. This role includes a company car for your travels.

2. Coach leaders and teams to meet food safety, brand, and partner requirements.
