We're hiring a Luxe Market Manager to drive the growth of a premium homes portfolio across Spain and Portugal for a leading global travel platform.
This is a high-impact, acquisition-led role focused on sourcing exceptional properties and building long-term partnerships with high-end homeowners, agents, and operators.
What you'll do
* Identify and acquire high-quality luxury homes across key markets
* Build and manage your own pipeline through proactive outreach and partnerships
* Lead high-value, consultative negotiations with senior stakeholders
* Own market strategy - understanding trends, locations, and opportunities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of luxury hosts, driving performance and quality
What we're looking for
* 6+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships
* Proven track record of winning new business and closing complex deals
* Experience working with premium clients (luxury travel, real estate, hospitality)
* Strong commercial instinct and ability to operate autonomously
* Polished communicator with strong negotiation skills
