Job Description Summary
The Digital Adoption Specialist (DAS) plays a key role in delivering digital solutions in radiology departments to enable customer transformation and service expansion. You will focus on ensuring customer adoption of our digital solutions to meet their outcomes and KPIs. Daily tasks include customer success management, onboarding, training, go-live support, and technical assistance. Prior clinical radiology expertise is essential for optimal outcomes.

While operating with some autonomy, the role mainly involves executing activities within standard practices, occasionally requiring judgment with guidance.

Responsibilities
1. Product Portfolio Management: Support and manage products like Imaging 360 Operations, Protocols, Remote, and DoseWatch, ensuring effective integration and support to maximize value.
2. Post-Sales Relationship Management: Lead ongoing relationships with clients, including training, support, renewals, and advocacy to ensure customer success and growth.
3. Onboarding Collaboration: Guide customers through onboarding, establishing clear goals, and understanding clinical challenges.
4. Technical Expertise Development: Gain in-depth knowledge of imaging digital solutions and communicate effectively with customers about new processes.
5. Dose Management: Ensure effective training and utilization of DoseWatch for radiation dose monitoring and patient safety, with preferred prior knowledge in dose management.
6. Business Acumen: Understand key business drivers and how your work contributes to organizational goals.
7. Problem Solving: Use judgment and analytical skills to address challenges, propose solutions, and improve practices.
8. Team Leadership: Demonstrate interpersonal skills with potential to evolve into a leadership role, hiring and developing talent.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
* Healthcare clinical background, ideally as a Radiographer with CT & MRI experience.
* Experience in healthcare, especially within NHS or similar, understanding healthcare processes.
Desired Skills
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
* Ability to simplify complex issues.
* Experience in project management and executing complex projects.
* Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and promote innovation.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and alignment with customer needs.
* Willingness to travel up to 70% for customer site visits.
