An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nursing Associate to join our Community Nursing Service in North Tyneside. The post is fixed term to cover a secondment for 12 months. You will be an integral part of a community nursing team, supported by registered nurses, in delivering planned care to patients, including wound care, venepuncture, medication administration, catheterisation, and palliative care.

Key Responsibilities
* Exercise accountability as set out in the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
* Work within NHCFT policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure high clinical standards.
* Contribute to all nursing care, including for people with complex needs.
* Work as part of a nursing team under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide and monitor care.
* Role model compassionate and inclusive leadership to foster a collective leadership culture within the trust, demonstrating engagement, empowerment, coaching, and collaboration.
