This role is ideal for someone with early experience in PR and social media, combined with a strong interest in consumer communications. As a key member of the consumer client services team, you’ll help create compelling content strategies, produce high-quality written content across multiple platforms. You’ll build strong relationships with clients across the consumer sector, ensuring their messaging is impactful and effective. What you’ll be doing: * Developing engaging and accurate written content from social media posts, press releases, blogs, features and more, tailoring your message to meet the client’s tone and objective. * Actively managing client communications, contribute to meetings and build strong relationships by understanding their market, needs and KPIs. * Build and maintain media lists, pitch stories effectively, and manage influencer relationships to ensure optimal content distribution. * Oversee the content development lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring accuracy, alignment with strategy, and performance tracking. * Stay up to date with social trends, media developments, and cultural moments to inform content and client recommendations.
