We’re hiring an experienced Test Manager for our financial services client. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the solution is robust, ready, and delivers value to the business. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can connect the dots, identify gaps, and collaborate across multiple teams and suppliers to complete projects successfully.
Your responsibilities include:
* Shape and execute the full test strategy—from planning to execution
* Coordinate system, integration, UAT, and regression testing across workstreams
* Lead defect triage, risk mitigation, and test readiness activities
* Ensure testing complies with regulatory and business requirements
* Manage third-party QA suppliers and offshore test teams
* Track dependencies and resolve issues to maintain progress
* Support business readiness with training, communication, and go-live input
* Work within Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting as needed
Qualifications and skills:
* Proven experience in testing large-scale, multi-team transformations
* Hands-on leadership with confidence to lead from the front
* Strong understanding of risk-based testing, traceability, and compliance
* Experience managing vendors, offshore teams, and internal SMEs
* Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively
