About you ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with a strong professional background Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 5 years of experience in a similar high-volume FMCG environment Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and ERP systems Proactive, disciplined, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment What you'll do Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and insightful performance dashboards Oversee balance sheet integrity, internal controls, and audit processes Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve profitability, product margins, and cost controls Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform strategic planning Drive initiatives for operational efficiency and cost reduction across the business Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury functions Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to meet high performance standards Enhance ERP and reporting systems, standardise processes, and lead continuous improvement projects Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and external audit requirements For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Robbie Lemon at the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
