Hybrid model: 3 days in the Bridgend office, 2 days remote Great Benefits: a non contributory pension, 10% bonus, private medical cover that not only covers you but your family too, 25 days holiday bank holidays and so much more Modern tech stack: Work with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and more Ownership and autonomy: Play a key role in modernising deployment and automation practices Collaborative culture: Work closely with engineering, platform, and support teams Real impact: Help shape CI/CD standards and influence engineering maturity What you'll be doing: Deploy and configure .NET and web applications across environments Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, and OctopusDeploy Identify automation opportunities and reduce manual deployment effort Maintain and monitor Windows Server infrastructure, SQL Server environments, and web servers Drive improvements in release and environment documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams What we're looking for: Must-Have Experience: Strong background in application deployment, configuration, or support Experience with CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Terraform, etc.) Working knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server Management Studio, IIS Automation scripting (PowerShell) Cloud experience: Azure or AWS Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) Nice to Have: Experience with Dynamics, Salesforce, BizTalk, or Guidewire Familiarity with third-party vendor software and managing multi-platform environments Who this suits: You're hands-on with infrastructure but think like a software engineer You like to modernise and optimise, not just maintain You're calm under pressure, thorough with documentation, and proactive in solving problems Reasonable Adjustments: Respect and equality are core values to us.
