Junior Sous Chef- £40,000 + Generous Tronc
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Lead and motivate junior team members
Maintain high standards across all sections
Assist with menu development and training
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience at Senior CDP or Junior Sous level
Leadership ability and strong communication skills
Passion for refined cuisine and attention to detail
Chef de Partie (CDP) £36,000-£38,000 + Generous Key Responsibilities:
Run and maintain your section to the highest standards
Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every dish
Support senior chefs in delivering exceptional service
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety compliance

Experience in a quality-driven kitchen
Strong technical skills and willingness to learn
Calmness under pressure and excellent teamwork
Pastry Chef de Partie (Pastry CDP) £38,000 + Generous Tronc Key Responsibilities:
Manage pastry section preparation and service
Produce high-quality desserts with precision and creativity
Maintain consistency and presentation standards
Work closely with the wider kitchen team
