Compensation: £47,000 - £53,000 / year
Pay rate: £48,000 - £53,000 per annum + bonus structure with the potential to earn up to £8,500

We are passionate about promoting and encouraging independence and life skills for our young people, ensuring that their safety and well-being underpin every decision we make.
Essential requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
* A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children (within the last 5 years).
* Full UK driving licence.
* The right to work in the UK.
* Applicants must be over 21 due to industry regulations.

The Role:
We seek nurturing and supportive individuals who can provide our children with high levels of care and help them achieve positive outcomes. Our homes offer crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Our young people participate in recreational activities tailored to their interests, such as cinema, swimming, and sports.
