Your responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering tailored learning for pupils with additional needs
2. Creating a calm and inclusive classroom environment
3. Supporting pupils’ communication, independence and emotional regulation
4. Collaborating with TAs, SENCOs and external professionals
5. Monitoring progress and celebrating small wins
