Key Responsibilities
Assess and support individuals with physical, cognitive, and learning disabilities
Deliver tailored, evidence‑based intervention programmes promoting independence
Conduct functional and ergonomic assessments to determine service eligibility and needs
Recommend and coordinate appropriate equipment and adaptations
Work closely with clients, carers, and colleagues to ensure person‑centred outcomes
Offer specialist clinical guidance to staff, services, and carers
Participate in project work to support continuous service improvement
Requirements
HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
Minimum of two years’ relevant post‑qualification experience
Experience in community, social care, or equipment provision desirable
Driving licence preferred due to community‑based responsibilities
