Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service and Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, understanding their needs, and promoting our products and services effectively. The successful candidate will play a vital part in fostering customer satisfaction and driving sales growth, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
Hours will be a 07.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday and there will be a requirement to work 07:00 to 12:30 one in three Saturdays.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their enquiries both via telephone or email
* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services accordingly
* Process sales transactions accurately using the company's point-of-sale system
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current product offerings
* Manage customer accounts, update records, and handle any complaints or issues professionally
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided for the right candidate
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional manner
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required
* Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office;
* A positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers
